What You’ll Do:
- Lead field service and innovation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions.
- Build strong customer relationships through technical support and product reviews.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to create impactful solutions.
- Represent Prysmian at trade shows and industry committees (ICEA, IEC, NEMA, etc.).
- Benchmark competitors and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in R&D, field service, or innovation leadership.
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a technical field.
- Expertise in design thinking, agile, and lean innovation.
- Experience managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
